The interview process was smooth with 2 rounds of interview. The first round is screening call with HR and the second round was with the team lead of the project. Overall, the interview went well and there is a role play need to be done for Customer Service Representative role.

Smooth, HR and interviewers were nice, but in the end I decide not to move forward because I have another offer from Malaysia. Overall, the intervew was good and smoothly
