First They will give you a couple of test and 2 scenarios role-play which they will ask you how to solve the scenario problem. Quick phone screening and didn't have time to ask questions. Which is why I'm still reconsidering whether to join or not.

I would say don't be nervous as it's an easy interview session that you would pass answering spontaneously. If you have experience in customer service, then you dont have to worry at all
