it was pleasant, it was quick basic interview questions such as why you want to work here, and what's costumer service to you. and personal questions such as how you resolved conflict at work or any work related area?

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
