I was interviewed by the store manager. Although I do not have any experience, I expressed my desire to learn and work. She asked about my availability and since I was a student that time, I said I'm free during weekends.

Very casual conversation, asked about my previous work experience as well as my past positions in the service industry. It was very friendly and resulted with me being offered the job.

Easy and straightforward, no experience needed. They will offer you a free drink so have a coffee (or tea) order ready. Interview is held at the cafe. Food card not required
