Pretty smooth , basic questions asked. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable considering it was my first interview back then. I did go through heathrow academy which made a big difference

What my availability was and how flexible i was considering airport hours
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Had to do 1 phone interview and 1 in person interview. Basic questions, tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked in a team, how would you describe yourself etc

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
