Got invited to an interview and trial run very quickly after applying. Really friendly and relaxed, more like conversational situation followed by a trial behind the counter/ till work. Was overall really nice interview process.

Why do you feel that you would be a good member of the Starbucks team?
Give me a time when you had a conflict with a colleague and how did you handle it?
It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!

The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly
