Fairly simple to get the job. Basic interview questions, was about an hour long. Had to follow up to hear about any updates as manager did not reach out. Found out I got the job about a week after the interview.
It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
