The interview began with a short phone call about availability and schedule flexibility, followed by an in-person interview. They asked situational questions about customer service, teamwork, and handling busy rushes. Overall, the process was quick, friendly, and clear about next steps.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!

The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly
