Stantec Proposal Manager interview questions

Very weird process. Recruiter called me at 5am PT knowing on my resume that I am on the west coast - then proceeds to communicate via text. That's really informal and quite unprofessional to me. I'm sure Stantec is a great company itself but this 'talent acquisition consultant' is one of the most unprofessional individuals I've encountered. Stantec, as a highly and positively rated company, please polish up the people who recruit talent for you. It was a very odd experience.
