Stantec interview questions

Very unprofessional, my application was under review for nearly a year. I came to withdraw my application and when I did, I received an email saying that my application was not selected. This questioned the transparency of the process in my opinion.

first there is an initial exam based questions followed by an outdated video interview which takes roughly an hour or so to complete. following this there is a group interview and individual interview
