Stantec interview questions

3-4 people asking questions on past projects/experiences. Looking for examples of leadership and problem solving abilities. They made the interview feel comfortable. Very kind individuals who seemed like they wanted to get to know me as the interviewee.

An hour long panel with 3-5 panelists, after a 30minute initial phone call with an individual from the firm. There was talk of a third round interview, but scheduling prevented it from happening.
