Interview
Simple process. A phone call with a Recruiter, then a Teams call with the hiring manager. Then an hour-long panel round with a few other people on the team, Projects/Process teams. The overall process took close to 3 weeks until the offer.

They asked me about my experience, a few technical questions regarding my knowledge of Chemical Engineering, and projects I worked on in my previous experience.
They asked me about the kind of projects I am interested in working on and the best kind of project I would like to work on.

Interview
It was straightforward. Got a call from HR first and then an interview was scheduled with hiring manager. The interview with hiring manager was 1 hr long. It mainly emphasized on my undergraduate project followed by a case study.

Interview
The interview was conducted over a video call (Zoom or Google), and lasted around 20 minutes. I was asked questions about my education, my skills, my character, my goals, as well as what type of work I would be comfortable doing (e.x. overnight jobs, heavy lifting, etc.) It was very relaxed, and I felt comfortable answering the questions and asking questions of my own.
