Stantec interview questions

Got the interview through an employee connection. The interview lasted about 45 mins long, and was mostly based on behavioural questions and a couple of technical questions.

The company was actively recruiting me, so the interview process was based on a number of informal meetings. Discussions were primarily based on business direction because I was starting a new group and a new service area for that profit center.
