Multiple parts questions were used as a forum to talk about themselves, and ran double time on both interviews (booked for 1 hour and went for 2 hours). Not respectful of time and long time to make a decision

One round with just SPM and office manager, and meet and greet with team. More concerned with right personality type than technical skills. Asking about personal hobbies activities and background, as well as career aspirations.
