Stantec Graduate Engineer interview questions

First round coffee chat with hiring manager of the team that posted the graduate engineer ad and another engineer. I assume there is a second round formal interview, which I think is pretty normal in graduate engineer hiring processes in Perth that are not the extremely big firms like GHD.

The interview was quite open forward, good interviewer and were awesome and nice to talk with, including technical part and the background part, the office is almost brand new. the overall experience is good.
