Stantec Engineering Intern interview questions

I had met an employee of Stantec at a mutual friends place. I was still a student, so I started asking him about his job, and if he liked his job. After a good talk he told me, "send me an e-mail when you are looking for a job." So, closer to graduation, I sent him an e-mail asking if he knew of any positions opening up in my preferred field. He forwarded my e-mail to the manager of a department looking for an junior. I had a phone interview with the manager, and shortly after that I was given a job offer.
