Stantec Architectural Designer interview questions

Applied online, hr asked me to fill out their paperwork. I got referred to 3 different offices, my phone interview experience was good. In person was good, but hr ignores you after they filled the job. It's unprofessional, and there is no status update of weather you received the job or not. Their pay is low. I applied as a full time, but they only wanted to pay intern wage. I also tried to negotiate hourly pay, they said no.
