The worst. Panel should be a specific person, when the time comes, 2 people steps in, i dont even know whether they intentionally ambushed people like that or simply unprofessional. You will expect people who interview you will be somewhat more senior than you but they are like clerical level, i even have to educate them about the workflow. This is bad.
