Standard Bank Group interview questions

Interviewer was friendly and asked questions beyond the job description to have a feel of who I was and how I can fit into the organisation. The interview process was in 3 phases; to understand who I am, what I can do for the organisation and how I can aid the company to succeed

I had 2 interviews. One with the hiring manager and HR. And the other with the Head of Corporate and Investment banking. Both technical and behavioral questions were asked. The questions were average and my responses were well received. An offer was given a week after the interview process was completed.
