The first stage was CV submission, I was later sent an email to come into their head office to take the SHL tests. Two weeks after, I was sent an email to come in for a one-on-one interview with one of the business heads at the same head office location. After this, i received an email inviting me to attend a panel Interview with four different staff members. The final stage was the interview with the head of human resources. The process was not exactly structured and could be made better. As I was not given enough notice before I was required to start work (my employment letter was sent on Thursday and I was required to commence training the following Monday, despite asking several times, no one had earlier mentioned the start dates).
