Very rigid and nerve-racking. The atmosphere was heavy, with the level of formal behaviour over the top. I did not feel like I could answer any of the questions, even though I have been on several interviews for similar positions

You have to sell yourself well cause this is the major cutting off point,
2- One-on-One with C-Level
Research is key!
Research everything about your interviewer (LinkedIn, article, Twitter, websites)
Have a lot of questions to ask about the business!
3- One-on-One with HR
This is the easiest interview.
No one fails!
