Standard Bank Group interview questions

I applied for the program in April and received my invitation to an interview in early august. The initial interview was more focused on my soft skills, career aspirations, basic understanding of banking and a bit of commercial awareness. Then I got invited to complete EQ, situational and CNT test ( which are a series of psychometric tests). These are focused on assessing your fit for the bank, emotional resilience and complex problem skills. I have now been invited to the AC. Which involves a case study, an interview, and group activities. So far the process has been quite rigorous but feels rewarding.

Mainly they were asking for previous roles, life experiences. Also the was role playing. Overall they made sure that I was comfartable during the interview. Alo it was not what i expected.
