Panel interview with scenario based questions and role plays. They are trying to see if you know what the job entails and how you would manoeuvre it. You then get firms to check background plus sending you for fingerprints

Interview are attended at the Global Leadership Center and sometimes having the opportunity to sleep in their 5 star hot with a buffet of food available. Interviews are attended in their seminar room with a panel of interviewers.
