The interview for this role was easy, questions were based on management styles. I only did two interviews, and an assessment. The recruitment process took a long time. Communication with the recruit was quite bad as I would only hear from her every 4th week or so. At some point I thought I was ghosted. I attended an interview with another Financial service provider, did assessments and received an offer within a space of 4 weeks . Eventually Standard Bank gave me an offer, 3 months after the recruitment process started. I declined the offer as I had already accepted another offer and their offer was not really competitive to what I had been given by the other company. I would advise that they look at their recruitment process because their delays and lack of communication is the reason why the would lose real talent.
