I wrote the first psychometric test. It was based on spatial equations and pseudocode, patterns and other concepts. its a bit challenging but at the same time tests you in all aspects.

Recruitment Process:
-Applied Online in July
-Was asked to do tests in September
-Was called to do a first round Odyssey assessment followed by a video Interview (3 prepared questions in which you have to record an answer. 1. Tell us about yourself. 2. Why standardbank? 3. -What would you do if you won a million?
-Got called for a 1 hour panel interview of 3, end of November.
-Two basic Psychometric tests and one assessment/card game which evaluates your work style and understanding
-Background checks, including a Vaccination declaration
Overall experience was great, recruitment process was efficient and interactive.
