There was a phone screen, an in person interview and then the offer. Overall the interviews were fair and good questions. I could tell the Company was interested in my personal connection with the brand.

They ask you questions like, Tell me about yourself, What do you know about us?, How did you hear about the position?, Why do you want this job?, Why should we hire you?, What are your strengths?, Weaknesses?, How to you deal under pressure?, then people who are doing the interview are showing the interviewers the layout of store, where everything is located. Then after you get hired at your store, you start additional training with your department manager and starting doing your duties.
