Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

Applied online then about a week later got a email to set up a screening phone interveiw. They asked about my background and history in retail and grocery stores. Then had me go to a job fair that they were holding, had an face to face interveiw with someone very unprepared and I felt like he was forced to be there and didn't do a very good job presenting himself didn't even say his name, no small talk, didn't ask about history just real 5 questions and done. Didn't hear back so I emailed to make sure i was denied before accepting something else. Longest process ever!
