Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

The interview was short and quick because they were relatively short staffed. They wanted to know if working would interfere with my schooling which it did not. It was casual, so there wasn't much to worry about. They kept it under thirty minutes at the time which was expected for working at a retail place.

It was a hiring event. You sign in and do a 10 to 15-minute interview. If you are selected, you speak with HR and they set up your orientation. It was one of the easiest interview processes I have ever been through. Simple and straight to the point.
