I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Colorado Springs, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
Friendly and open minded I enjoyed meeting my future boss. She asked normal questions and was very open minded. I look forward to working for Sprouts. The interview was full of practical questions about how you handle conflict in previous jobs. How you handle difficult customers and bosses or coworkers. The questions were fair and normal.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Wilmington, DE) in Jan 2020
Interview
Applied online, the next day they send an email wanting to schedule a phone interview. Four days later I had an easy phone interview that just asked generic questions and described the position I applied for. I was immediately invited for an in-person interview.
A week later I went to a local hotel where Sprouts rented out a meeting room. I showed up at my scheduled time slot and ended up waiting 40 minutes to be interviewed. They were telling me that earlier in the day, the wait time was around 2 hours... The interviewer asked the same questions as the phone interview and other usual questions. After 20 minutes, I was thanked for showing up and was told to wait for an email. It's been a month now and I haven't heard back. The career website says "Received Submission" next to my application. I'm assuming that I wasn't chosen... They should at least let me know if I wasn't picked

Question 1
Describe an issue you had with a customer and how did you resolve it
I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Clovis, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I submitted my application online. Within a week or so I got an interview. It didn't last long, however. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, a manager appeared and sat down to talk with me. After some pleasantries, she asked about my experience. I told what I've done and why I thought it would make me a good fit for the job. She told me that I would not be hired for the Head Cashier position and that another manager would contact me about going forward with another position, like regular cashier or courtesy clerk. It's been over a year since the interview, and nobody ever followed up. Not even with a "thanks but no thanks" canned email. I love Sprouts, but this experience left me really disappointed with the management at my store.
