Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

Interview process was pretty short. About 15 minutes. Asked about my experience and why i choose sprouts. The man interviewing me was very nice and was very charismatic in the interview.

I initially interviewed for a service-deli clerk position, but as the short interview was coming to a close, the hiring manager asked me where do I see myself in a year from now, I politely told them "I see myself transferring out of the deli and hopefully into the meat-department". They then said why don't you apply for a meat-department position then. And then I was hired as a Meat-Seafood Clerk.
