Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

Sprouts was a very fun place to interview because the manager was patient. The manager conducted the interview with the hopes that they could find a suitable candidate to work for them.

Extremely fast, they called me within 12 hours of applying and I was sent an offer 20 minutes after my interview. They barely asked me any questions, the manager basically just ranted about bad employees. If you can brush your hair and show up on time your basically guaranteed a job. They seems desperate for employees
