Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

I didn't get to the interviews but wanted to make this visible. The same recruiter reached out and asked for my availabilities for phone screening, after I provided my availability, she ghosted me. Then a few weeks later, she reached out again, apologized for ghosting and asked for my availability once again. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and replied, then she once again ghosted me. A few more weeks later, she came back and apologized and asked for my availability again.. Maybe it's the communication style of the company, but as a potential candidate, I want to say that I've got the message on the second event of ghosting.
