Easy questions for someone who's starting out in a grocery store, examples; why do you want to work here, tells about yourself, what do you know about the company. What do you do if a customer has a complaint.
It was easy and the questions they asked were straight forward they werent trying to trick you or anything like that. Nice lady interviewed me. If I needed the job I would definitely work there. Great discount too
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market in Feb 2023
Interview
Positive experience with the recruiters, my interview was lovely and I was really made to feel like they were genuinely interested in onboarding me. However, I felt extremely blindsided when I was not made an offer and was then countered with the suggestion that I should apply to be a cashier. For context, I have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in retail/hospitality. Also, one of the managers I would have been working with talked poorly about my recruiter so that was definitely uncomfortable to listen to. I just wish there was more transparency during the interview process because it was made out to me that once I passed the interview, the rest was really just a formality to see whether or not it was something I wanted to do.
