Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

1st phone interview, asked minimal questions to decide on an on-site interview or not. I am waiting for a call back within 24 hours. Or, they will email me if no interview.

It was a very smooth running interview. It was more like a conversation than a question and answer interview. The most she inquired about was why I wanted to work at Sprouts. She explained what a typical day would be like and how they run the front end. Then she asked if I would like a job.
