You fill out app.Then later you get a call to meet with assistant manager.Then they do a mouth swab drug test on site at that interview and say you are hired or not outcome depending.The whole process took 2 different trips to the store,one time they called me in by mistake so I had to go back home.

Very easy process, a lot of the questions were based on prior experience. Generally, if you have experience in managing a perishable department and employee's it is an easy process. I would recommend to have ideas on how to grow sales while developing staff. I prepared by further developing my knowledge of health foods and other alternative diets. The management was easy going and it wasn't a stressful process.
