Super conversational and they really just want to get to know how easy it is to talk to you. Very chill and got straight to availability. Pretty sure they mainly look at if your schedule is compatible. Then started the onboarding process not too soon later.

Interview
Questions were situational and centered around how you would respond or act. Managers were very friendly and the interview was very straight forward. They seem to be willing to work with you in terms of schedules.

How would you help a customer if they were looking for an item but Sprouts does not carry it?
It was quick, not sure about the turn over rate here though it’s a little all over the place. COVID has really affected things by taking out batches of people at a time leaving the company to take on this temp hiring business. Not sure the longevity of this method or how successful it will be.
