I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Went to Job Fair. Lots of people. Complete application online before going to job fair or store is best. Application and interview process is ridiculously long for this low-paying job. Overall, I do not recommend even bothering with applying to this company, as even if you are hired you will be unhappy within a few months because this company is a terrible company to work for. Don't waste you time.

I transferred from another store, so it was actually quite easy! The process was seamless. I transferred from another store in Texas. They made the process super easy. They asked about how long I had worked at the previous store and why I was transferring.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Las Vegas, NV) in Sep 2024
Interview
Simple, easy going, talked about my experiences and how I would handle situations with a customer. Giving examples of my past experience about going above and beyond. Showing my personality, characters, values, passion for health, food, well-being, vitamins, supplements, beauty, skincare etc.
Also keep in mind that some stores, this store specifically has a long hiring process -- took about 1-2 weeks to receive an email for the 1st interview, 1 more week to schedule 2nd interview, and currently, a week later from 2nd interview.
I called to find out if I got the job or not, but the other person on hiring team said they are doing a 3rd round of interviews next week.
I had no idea, so this was unexpected. Not a bad thing, it shows they take great care in who they add to their team.
The vitamin manager I interviewed with said they were deciding this week who they were hiring. So I was uninformed. There must be several good candidates.
Everyone I spoke with was kind and had great energy. They strive to have the best customer service and experience and it does show. Just some things to keep in mind.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (La Habra, CA)
Interview
10 minutes standing in the back area, with two people. Very chill and welcoming and met many employees in different sectors of the store. Not offered because of my lack of availability (only for a month).
