Happened during prime of COVID19 so it was all virtual. The interviewers were pleasant and to the point, and I received an offer at the end of the interview. This was for a new store opening so that may not always be the case.
Single interview with next-day offer. Simple questions about customer service and availability with store tour. Very nice and engaged team members. Ability to ask questions. Conversational in nature. Be sure to have specific examples of work history.
