Interview
I was called for an interview after submitting an online application. It took about 2 weeks for them to contact me. I was then instructed to meet the store manager at a nearby clubhouse at an apartment complex across the street from the store. It was fairly short and pleasant. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. I was at ease in the interview and never felt nervous or intimidated.

These were mostly customer oriented questions. For example, how you handle difficult customers, etc.

Interview
Quick, no panel, 10 minutes max. Show up early and dress business casual. Be positive and happy when answering the questions. Say thank you at the end. Manager asked 5 questions. Received an offer after leaving the spot.
Hiring process was simple. Asked a few basic questions and talked more about the company. This was at a hiring event and I was hired on the spot ans accepted the offer.
Started in deli with them ended up in bakery they’ll ask you questions such as why you want to work here and name a time you had to help your other coworkers out.
