The interview process was very quick, it was held in a large room with several people being interviewed at once at different tables. They sat you down and asked a few very basic questions, like what customer service is to you. The actual interview took less than 10 minutes.

Interview
I applied online for the position. I was called a few days later for an interview. I was first interviewed by the store manager. I was called back to interview with two department managers. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Question 1
The main questions were about customer service. They would describe a situation and then ask me what I would do in that situation.
Very quick and the interviewer was friendly, however it was obvious they were looking for people available for a certain time because once I said I had school in the mornings he told me to not bother with writing down my schedule on a form they handed out
Really easy. Interview with store manager where he asks you general questions about your life and personality traits, why do you want the job and explains your working hours + compensation
