Two quick phone calls before onsite
Asked basic questions about pressure and heat transfer. The initial screening had broader questions about mechanical engineering, like stress-strain stuff. The second one was a bit more focused in on the area of work.

My final interview went like this: On site 30 min presentation, four hours of one on one interviews. Received offer the next morning. Difficult but fun. They make some amazing things.

Series of three phone interviews with two more in person, simple straight forward with a heavy emphasis on the fundamentals. Did not land the third interview sadly but learned a lot from this experience.
