Interview
25% behavioral, 75% technical questions. Was originally for a generic mechanical engineering position, but then transferred over to Dragon engineering, where additional technical questions were asked. Later pushed onto second round with Dragon mechanical engineer.

Fundamental cantilever beam questions. (Fixed end, free end with downwards force)
Good process and many technical questions. The questions are open-ended and up to you to show how you work through the process. There are also questions relating to explaining some of your projects.
