Reached out to a recruiter online and set up a call. Had a quick phone screen and then a more in depth interview. Phone screen was the usual basic info and the interview was talking about my projects and experience and some basic fundamental meche interview questions about material selection and beam building.

The introductory interview was short and sweet. It was very straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made the time fly by. The interview was not technical, as it was just the introductory interview.

5 Phone interviews. First is with HR asking about your background. Rest are technical questions, onsite interview consists of a tour more technical questions in 1:1 interviews and a presentation to a panel of engineers.
