Describe your past projects, what did you do, what did you accomplish, and what would you do differently
3 stages: recruiter, manager, in-person presentation. The first interview was extremely laid back, simple engineering basics questions. Second interview with manager was much more focused on detailed skills, complex engineering questions, and personal choices in previous projects.
