How would you change the cross section of a cantilever beam to optimize for certain mechanical properties?
Applied on company site, recruiter reached out via email to schedule phone screening interview a few days later. I submitted my availability to the recruiter and they confirmed a date and time for the call. The recruiter never called me. I followed up with a few emails to see if we needed to reschedule but I have been completely ghosted. Highly unprofessional and huge waste of time.
