There were several calls, typical, starting with a recruiter, moving towards more technical people. Nothing too difficult, everyone was nice and seemed to reassure me that I would be a good fit, knowing the areas I lacked expertise in. They flew me to Brownsville for an in-person interview, where I had to give a prepared slideshow presentation to a room of about 10, then go do 1 on 1 interviews. All of this went poorly, most people were not available, late, and always in a rush and distracted. The questions were mostly in the areas I was weak in and they were completely disconnected with the phone interviews in what was necessary.
