Telephone interview followed by onsite. The on site was close to a full day process. Had to give a presentation on a project I wanted to highlight. Had one-on-one with Sr. Director, Lead Engineers, Managers and structures engineers. There was written test as well. It was basic mechanical engineering question on beams, strength of materials etc

First there is a phone screening, next there are interviews with engineers and managers, then finally there are in-person interviews. In the final interviews you need to give an in-depth technical presentation on a project you have worked on.

Interview
First interview was a typical recruiter behavioral screening with a few simple technical questions.
Second interview was with a subsystems lead. He asked me many questions about the project on my resume that was most relevant for the position, sometimes adding hypotheticals.
Initial interview is a phone screen prior to being brought onsite. Promising candidates are brought Tonite for a long, grueling interview focused on technical ability, culture fit, and quick thinking. Interview was a series of one on ones lasting 5 hours total.
