Applied online. HR specialist called about 2 weeks later, and said I'd move in to the next interview. He stated he'd also call back after the second interview to let me know if I was moving forward or not in the selection. It's been about two months and I've heard nothing. I've emailed him twice....ghosted.
Very unprofessional. If you cant take the time to at least reply to an email with a "thanks, but no thanks" its a sign of huge unprofessionalism.

The interview process was for an entry level position. The company was not interested in my prior work/internship experience, but interested if I could an answer 8 textbook theory questions about computer theory.
