      I received an email from a sourcer for a phone screening. I was expecting to learn more about the job and then be sent on to a hiring manager for questions, he jumped right into technical questions and was completely unprepared. It didn't help that I was also in the midst of dealing with a larger presentation for my current job. It was not my most glorious moment
