I had one interview with a maintenance engineer, and then the next interview with a team lead. Pretty simple and straightforward technical questions. No behavioral questions at all, however. Not bad over all.

Name six ways to connect two pieces of sheet metal.
Technical and behavioral phone interview with two rounds. Asked about technical aspects of my projects as well as abstract mechanics based / coursework based questions. Finally asked some culture fit questions.

Basic Introduction at the beginning. Then straight into Technical Questions. Need to know the Basics of Strength Analysis. Asked how bending is observed, what are the stresses. Asked at the end what If i had any questions for the questineer

Elaborate how you could minimize the material when a body undergoes bending?
There were a couple of interviews with engineers within the sub team. The questions were highly technical. Each interview was half an hour long. They replied quickly with their decision.
